At MINI, we are committed to ensure your peace of mind and hence your safety is of utmost priority. Hence, from time to time, we may run technical campaigns to address the slightest possible issue that may disrupt your driving experience.

  • What is a Technical Campaign?

    A technical campaign occurs when a manufacturer determines that a vehicle model does not comply with a production standard. When this happens, MINI will alert owners of the problem and will arrange for the affected vehicles to return to an Authorised MINI Service Centre for a complimentary repair.

  • ARE CARS IMPORTED FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AND REGISTERED IN SINGAPORE INCLUDED IN THESE TECHNICAL CAMPAIGNS?

    Yes. Alternatively, if you wish to find out if your MINI is affected, you can also contact the Authorised MINI Service Centre.

  • Where can I find my MINI Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?

    You can find it on the registration document of your MINI.

  • WHAT IF MY VEHICLE IS AFFECTED BY A TECHNICAL CAMPAIGN, AND I DON'T GET IT CHECKED?

    We encourage you to bring your vehicle to your Authorised MINI Service Centre as soon as possible if your vehicle has been affected by a technical campaign. This will ensure that you can continue to enjoy maximum driving pleasure for all your adventures ahead.

    Completion time for the technical campaign may vary depending on the availability of the parts involved and the status of your vehicle.
