When regular servicing is due, Teleservice Call provides you and your Authorised MINI Service Centre with all relevant information. Even before your MINI Service Centre contacts you to make an appointment, they will be informed on the overall condition of your vehicle, preparing them in advance on the individual requirements of your vehicle. This also shortens the wait time during the appointment.
The system also identifies the need for unscheduled maintenance work at an early stage, for instance worn brakes. The necessary information is shared so that any such deficiencies can be put right in a timely fashion. You don't have to worry about anything anymore and your MINI stays in perfect condition.
To contact you and prepare for an appointment, your Authorised MINI Service Centre can trigger and call up the current Teleservice Call data of your vehicle and send messages, e.g. reminder of an appointment, to your vehicle.
MINI ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.
In the event of a breakdown, we will help you in the best possible way: you can contact MINI Roadside Assistance directly from your vehicle by selecting 'MINI Assistance' in the 'MINI Connected' menu. Then select 'MINI Roadside Assistance' and immediately, all relevant data about your vehicle's condition and your current position is transmitted to the Mobile Service team and a voice connection is established. Our specialists will either solve small faults remotely or come out in person.
From the vehicles with the latest generation of MINI Connected, the needed data can be requested and after your confirmation, be fetched remotely. Thus, the Roadside Assistance Call Center agent can be supplied with vehicle data also in case you started a plain phone call. Alternatively, you can start the roadside assistance process from your MINI App. Also in this case, the assistance hotline will get all the necessary information to provide you with the best possible support.
