Lost in the middle of nowhere? No need to lose your cool, too. MINI Roadside Assistance provides you with all the necessary info and help you need to get back on track as quickly as possible. Our hotline connects you to our vast array of services, including our Approved MINI Body and Paint Shop. If necessary, we will send you rapid onsite support – 24-7-365, no matter where you are.

One of those days? Call your MINI family. We are there for you around the clock to get you back up and running as swiftly as possible. We’ll provide a tow truck for your MINI if it's no longer safe to drive, making sure your adventure stays on track. And we'll even go the extra mile and take care of accident and insurance handling. Needless to say, the MINI family will also be happy to assist you with your travel arrangements.

MINI MOBILITY PROGRAM.
It's a good feeling to know exactly who you can turn to if the worst comes to the worst. We‘re keen to help in case your MINI stops running and do anything to get you both back on the road. With our comprehensive package of services and expert support you’ll feel more than covered for any new journey you set your mind to.
MINI MOBILITY PROGRAM.
Our MINI Mobility Program automatically applies to all new cars or a period of five years from first vehicle registration date.
ON-SITE BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE.
If our specialists can’t solve your problem over the phone, we’ll arrange our MINI Service Mobile team or our trusted partner to come to your aid. On-site Breakdown Assistance is available from 6am – 11pm, daily.
TOWING SERVICE.
If it is not possible to repair the damage on site, we cover the cost of towing the vehicle to the Authorised MINI Service Centre.
ONWARD JOURNEY BY TAXI.
If you require a taxi to continue your journey, we cover the cost of one taxi ride, up to S$50.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION.
If the breakdown happens over 100km away from the place of residence and the period of repair exceeds three (3) days, we will reimburse hotel costs for all passengers, for a maximum of four nights in a hotel (category up to five stars).
VEHICLE COLLECTION OR REPATRIATION.
If the breakdown happens over 100km away from the place of residence and the period of repair exceeds three (3) days, we will bear the cost incurred for a vehicle pick-up or repatriation in Singapore or abroad, up to the maxmum amount.2

ONWARD TRAVEL.
If you need to continue your journey or return home before your MINI is ready, we will also cover train or air fares up to the maximum amount.2

REPLACEMENT CAR.
While your MINI is recovering, we will offer organisational support for the arrangement of a replacement car.1
