The new MINI Cooper S impresses from every angle. The completely redesigned front grille boasts big air intakes and a black honeycomb-patterned grid specific for the Cooper S. On the back, the air outlet housing two fog lights is wrapped around the double exhaust tailpipes. Proud red S badges on the front grille and back make a clear athletic statement.
Scoring high on functionality and aesthetics alike, the interior of the new MINI Cooper S is every driver's dream. Slide into the comfortable dark upholstery seats and feast your eyes on the revamped dashboard. All driving-related displays such as the speedometer and rev counter are placed behind the steering wheel, directly into your field of vision. The traditional MINI centre speedo has been replaced by the all-new MINI Centre Instrument that displays information and entertainment. With comfortable full-fledged seats in the back, being a passenger in the new MINI is no punishment either.
Lighting the way for the new MINI are newly designed headlights and rear lights. New graphics and a new insert play a big role in giving the new MINI its more mature look. Fitted with full-LED lights for our local models, the new MINI is set to pierce the darkness even further.
The front lights are housed in their iconic chrome ring and feature inserts with a single large elliptical element. The turn signal is subtly integrated in the lower third of the daylight driving ring. All style and harmony, day and night.
In the back, the lights have become larger, claiming a more prominent position. Drawn into the hatch and surrounded by a chrome frame, the tail lights have been redesigned to a rounded off rectangle.
The new MINI is stacked with the best safety technology money can buy. From active safety systems that significantly reduce the risk of something going wrong, to passive systems we hope you’ll never need, but are great to have in case you do.
We can all use a little help sometimes. The new MINI comes with a wide range of optional assist systems to give you a helping hand before you even know you need it. The City Collision Mitigation system helps prevent accidents at speeds under 60 km/h. Monitoring traffic ahead with a built-in camera, it gives off a warning signal and applies the brakes when things get too close for comfort. At higher speeds, the Forward Collision Warning system takes over. It preconditions the brakes for instant response, reducing stopping distance. To be on the even safer side, Speed Limit Info and Traffic Sign Memory recognise road signs and let you know when you’re exceeding the speed limit. After all, driving a MINI is about breaking conventions, not the law.
Here it is. Now our promises are coming true: new MINI, new accessories. Here you can find everything which makes your MINI even more individual from wing mirror caps to child's seat.
The MINI Cooper S is quick. Proper quick. It only needs 6.7 seconds to hit 100 km/h and won’t stop until there’s a mind-bending 233 km/h on the speedometer.
Wide track, long wheelbase, short overhangs. Put them all together and you’ve got pure MINI driving excitement.
The MINI One is powered by the newly developed 1.2l 3-cylinder MINI Twin Power Turbo engine. Outputting 102 hp, this cutting-edge engine thrusts the MINI One forward through city streets and along open motorways too.

The new MINI John Cooper Works is all about performance, but the engine has also been designed to operate as efficiently as possible. So even with 320 Nm of torque it still keeps emissions to a minimum.
